Happs is a sustainable winery without the use of herbicides, also rating as a 5-star winery by James Halliday. Their two vineyards are located at the northern and southern extremes of the Margaret River region with distinct ripening seasons which provides a fruit resource to craft dry and sweet wines of the highest quality. Harvest is also done by hand. All of their handcrafted wines are of minimal sulphites and 2 of them have no-added sulphites (preservative-free).
