Its colour is a deep ruby red with granite reflections. At the nose it is persistent and has intense perfumes of red berries and spice. It is full bodied with a predominant cherry flavour and a touch of cassis, this wine is dry and harmonic and its slightly tannic resonance softens with age.
Food matching: In its early years this wine is complimented with all dishes and when matured, it pairs nicely with roasts, wild game and cheeses.
It is a medium to full bodied Bordeaux style wine with noticeable fine tannin and bright fruit. The flavours are predominantly dark fruit with hints of red fruit, dark chocolate, fruit pastels and eucolypt. The wine has a good tannin structure ideally suited to aging.
It is fresh and zesty with abundant tropical fruit flavours with notes of Granny Smith, lemon and pear. The wine also displays some residual sugar which is well balanced by the lively acidity and slightly elevated CO2. A great wine for relaxed summer drinking.
Rich. Vibrant velvet. Brilliant complexity and balance between integrated oak and ripe fleshy dark fruits, liquorice and smooth dark chocolate. Full bodied and silky smooth the mouth is coated with layers of rich flavour that enrich the senses and linger revealing superb balance and complexity.
Fresh zesty unoaked Semillon. Refrehing citrus and apple characters and crisp acidity on the palate. Excellent structure means this is a Semillon that can be consumed now or cellared for years to come.
Food matching: Sashimi and sushi, fresh seafood with light finishings
